This solution, through an administration tool, allows you to: Create and manage a list of invited; Manage, customize and send the invitations with system of automatic sending of emails; Moderating subscriptions (to decide whether or not to involve a person); Manage accreditation of participants; View statistics (number of members, number of participants, etc.); Export in CSV the lists of participants.

Lead Generation

Do you want to make new contacts and expand your customer database? With Letsplaza can integrate the function of "Lead Generation" event within your app and generate new revenues! The event's participant interested in the products or services offered by the partner will complete a "Contact Form" to be then contacted by the company itself.

Voting

With this feature users can evaluate the character's performances, such as Conference's speaker, directly by the App section dedicated to vote. You can also add a Web interface available to the ADMIN in order to see real time results with custom graphics to represent data (eg. histograms, pie charts etc...).

Forum

Users through this function can interact with each other by sending messages in real time. It is a very useful tool to create greater involvement and maintain all the participants at the event without having to share content with Social.

Send question to the expert

Users can post questions to the person of interest by filling out a special form. In automatic mode, the message will be converted to an e-mail that will be sent to the address indicated by the admin.

Web TV

It gives opportunities to the App's users to watch a certain streaming channel on the move * .

QR Code

This module allows you to create a QR code to be associated with an object (which may occur, for example, at an exhibition or a conference). By scanning the QR code, the software interprets the corresponding object and opens a landing page for this product.

iBeacon

This module distributes to mobile devices, within range, content associated with a specific place.
The capability of tracking the location of a user within a building, replacing the GPS system, for the accurate User's localization in the adjacent areas.

Checkin Multipoint System

Designed for the exhibition spaces, it allows you to manage the two-level checkin:

central level: classic accreditation at the fair event
peripheral level: once access is made to the fair, each user can make a second check-in dedicated to each stand.

Integration of virtual ticket

Through the use of this functionality, one or more ticketing services can be integrated into Letsplaza for each event, maintaining an integrated user experience within the application.

Estimation
